Serving Orleans County and the Northeast Kingdom
We help local Vermont businesses get found, answer every call, and follow up automatically so customer opportunities stop slipping through the cracks.
Based in Irasburg, Serving the Whole County
NEK Connect is based in Irasburg, Vermont, and we serve businesses across Orleans County and the wider Northeast Kingdom. We do not have a physical office in every town, and we do not need one. The work we do, building websites, setting up phone answering, and automating follow-up, happens remotely, so a business in Jay or Westmore gets the same help as one down the road in Irasburg.
Our launch coverage is the 18 communities of Orleans County, with plans to expand throughout Vermont. Wherever you are in the Kingdom, if you are losing customer opportunities to missed calls, slow follow-up, or a weak online presence, we can help.
The Northeast Kingdom's Small Towns and Working Landscape
The Northeast Kingdom is made up of small towns, working farms, forests, and the local businesses that keep those communities running. From the lake country around Barton and Greensboro to the mountain towns near Jay Peak, the businesses here serve tight communities where reputation travels fast and word of mouth still matters more than any advertisement.
Those same businesses also face a real challenge: the owners are often out doing the work, not sitting at a desk waiting for the phone to ring. A missed call, a slow reply, or a website that does not clearly explain what you do can cost you a customer who simply moves on to the next name on the list.
That is the gap NEK Connect fills. We help Kingdom businesses get found online, answer every call, and follow up consistently so the opportunities you earn actually turn into booked work.

Learn moreWhy Orleans County Chooses NEK Connect
We are a local business serving local businesses, built around how work actually gets done in the Kingdom.
Locally owned in Irasburg
NEK Connect is based right here in Irasburg, so the businesses we serve are neighbors, not a distant account. We know the area because we live in it.
Built for businesses that can't always answer the phone
Most owners here are out on the job, on a tractor, or with a customer. Our systems keep answering and following up when you cannot pick up yourself.
Plainspoken service, no tech jargon
We talk like neighbors. No buzzwords, no complicated technology talk, just clear answers about how the work helps your business.
Systems that work while you are on the job
The follow-up, the answering, and the review requests run on their own in the background, so your day does not stop to babysit the technology.
Service Area Questions
Straight answers about where we work and how it happens.
